Hi everyone!
After a long summer break (school finished and I was super busy being in a show with my Performing Arts group, my other favourite thing!), I’m finally back… and with a bang! 🎭💥
This month’s Floodlight is all about someone who plays a huge role in British Cycling, Sophie Ball! Sophie isn’t one of the cyclists, but honestly, her job is just as important. She works as a Data & Insights Analyst, which means she looks at all kinds of information, like race times, videos and stats, to help the team make smart decisions and be their very best.👍🏻💫💥
I found Sophie’s answers to my questions really inspiring. She proves that you don’t have to be the one crossing the finish line to make a big difference. Her job helps the whole team succeed, and that’s seriously awesome!❤️
📥 Download the latest episode to read my full write-up of the interview! You’ll find out how Sophie got started in sport, what it’s really like behind the scenes at the Olympics, and how she mixes her love of sport with her passion for numbers. I loved writing this one, and I hope you love reading it too! 💗
